We asked if we could change our time to an earlier cruise and they were very accommodating and helpful. This was great for us.

Everyone very friendly...hot weather but covered seating - outside seating for those who didn't mind the hot sun.

Time was just right - 55 mins approx.

Headphones provided free of charge but beware, take an adapter if you have a newer version of an iPhone that doesn't have the headphone jack port anymore - you will need it unless you don't mind disturbing the other passengers by having the commentary blasting out of your phone, as the people in front of us did...

The commentary is easy to get from the QR code supplied on the boat.

Was nice to see a part of Milan I had no idea about and it was a lovely area so you can explore and eat and drink before or after.

Canal water was really clear - boat has to turn around and return the same way but provides a different commentary on the way back.

A pleasant, and easy way to pass an hour in another beautiful part of Milan.

Worth the money. Thanks
Not worth my money.

The trip was 10 minutes shorter than scheduled. The Wi-Fi commentary was intermittent and kept cutting out. Definitely not what we expected. Not the fault of the provider, there was a large group of 20 something “children “ that had no respect for anyone else on board. Loud, obnoxious and constantly moving, blocking views and bumping into people without any apologies.
