Excellent trip and guide, great value for money and the sights were wonderful. Time duration at each sight was ample and gave you plenty of time to take pics, explore the areas by yourself and time to grab lunch and a drink. The trip included a coach which you were not on for too long and two boat trips on lake Como.

We would highly recommend.

We loved getting to see Como, Bellagio, and Varenna. The time in each village is perfect to be able to experience the different places to eat and things to do. Sonia was great and gave us so much information, history, and recommendations in all 3 locations

I visited lake como in December, it was very beautiful. The experience was awesome. They were a lot of cobble stone streets and lots of monuments at the city centre. The proximity to the lake makes the view more exciting. I recommend visiting other villages when on a trip to lake como.

Good way to see a lot in a short period of time. Went in December so it was quiet, many stores and restaurants closed.
Guide did a nice job of speaking multiple languages and communicating. Bus was comfortable. Full day! Only issue was tried emailing and calling the company day before to switch pick up location due to last minute hotel change and no response. Number on booking said not in service. That was frustrating. But we went to different pick up spot than on our booking and it was fine.

Not as expected

The trip description was either incorrect or maybe this was due to the fact that we were taking this tour on Christmas day. Either way, the tour was around 8 hours in total and not 11 hours as mentioned. We didn't cover Varenna at all, as the tour guide said that it will be deserted due to the Xmas day, which was the same case for Bellagio but we still went there. So didn't get the explanation for the Varenna part tbh. The tour was otherwise okay and the tour guide was very good. But I think, this was already known that on the Xmas day it will be cut short, hence I would have expected the price to be dropped as well.
