My friend and I, both travel agents took a trip to Milan to investigate the sights of the city. We booked the spa for the 2nd day and had a 0930 slot. We thoroughly enjoyed the spa and could have stayed for another 5 hours! There was so much to do and see. It is very good value for money, and we left thoroughly relaxed and refreshed.
There was a huge selection of saunas, steam rooms, jacuzzi pools. The cinema thunderstorm room and the outside jacuzzi pool were a personal favourite.
I would advise adding on the Wellness Buffet Brunch and would personally recommend the 2-course salad and desserts as opposed to the Wellness Lunch, slightly cheaper and looked nicer than the hot options. There was a huge selection of meats, cheeses, salad and breads which you could help yourself to plus dessert options. Also included in the price was wine and beer. There is nowhere else to purchase food from so bear that in mind if you decide not to add it on.

Absolutely incredible experience! Me and my husband wanted to go to visit a spa when in Milan we couldn’t believe how cheap a entrance ticket was you have full access to around 8 - 10 different saunas incredible swimming pools YOU MUST TRY THE THUNDER ROOM!! And lunch and 2 drinks! Absolutely I would come back to Milan! Just to come back here we loved it so much!

We had the 5 hour experience which we selected to do from 4.30-9.30. This was perfect as we got a couple of hours under the stars too.
At first we looked at other reviews and were a little apprehensive. Our experience was nothing like some of the reviews we’d read and we were so glad we went!
There are so many rooms with so many wellness features. We ended up spending the full 5 hours there! Each floor/room has a different purpose and it was just incredible.
We didn’t know we got the food and drinks included so that was a nice surprise. Two Proseccos for me (which you could add things in to make a cocktail) and two beers for my boyfriend. I probably wouldn’t count on the food though as it is a tray between you very much of light bites (crisps, bread, and small pots of olives, cheese etc).
It’s super easy to find on the yellow metro line too as it’s a few steps from the metro.
All staff were super friendly and helpful. We didn’t have any problems at all.
It is a must if you are in Milan and like a day spa!

I truly enjoyed my massage. I wish the saunas were a touch hotter, but still an amazing experience nonetheless.

We visited the spa at 7pm and stayed all the way until it closed as there was so much to do! Would recommend going in the evening as it was quieter, and loved the under the stars experience. The facilities were clean and we could have been there even longer as there was so much to explore.
However, as other reviews have stated the food was disappointing. The drinks were nice but you were limited to two, and the food was very basic definitely eat before you come.
Overall, relaxing experience would definitely recommend.
