In addition to an encyclopedic knowledge of the Duomo and history, Chiara added a number of amusing anecdotes and stories that really added to the quality of the experience. The Duomo itself is the most spectacular building I've seen anywhere in the world.

We had an excellent time inside the duomo with our private guide. She had a lot of information and pointed out a lot of small things that we would had otherwise missed completely!

A straightforward, informative overview

We gained useful information about the Duomo that would otherwise have been difficult to get. We only did the basic one hour visit (i.e. not including the tower) and arguably this was too short. But we appreciated the opportunity to see the Duomo through knowledgeable eyes and the tour guide was very good.

The guide was in a hurry and really did not offer the information that is readily available about this Duomo. He was a nice person, but he was rushed and did not tell the story of this magnificent cathedral/ Duomo. A bit disappointing.
