Simone was an incredibly kind, patient, and funny tour guide! He gave us some historical background about all the wonderful dishes we ate. The food was spectacular and the portions were generous. Great talk and reception by Mr. Simone, with a lot of interesting facts and histories, always accompanied by excellent food. We have just left the airport and even so Simone was successful to keep us happy during the tour.
