Great option to go to the airport

I took the bus from Milan to the airport, it was very smooth and if you book online you have priority in line.
Cheap way to get to Malpensa airport it took about an hour.
If you take train it takes about 1h30mins and you have to change trains.

Ease of finding train as a foreigner and non Italian speaker. Very good service, nice clean train with English signs and announcements.
Viator needs to do better

They have a person at the location at the bus stop. scanning your ticket or you can pay for the ticket in cash. What I didn't like is Viator didn't give me a ticket with a bar code for the guy to scan. Viator gives you a paper with your name and date to redeem at the location. The ticket guy had to call viator to verify I had paid. Which held up the line. Viator need to do better. The bus ride to the airport was good.

On time and very easy trip to and from the airport. We arrived early and was able to take an earlier time than we had booked. After a long flight that was great!
